Ingredients

Add lime, remove zest and squeeze for juice to shopping list 1 lime, remove zest and squeeze for juice

Add white wine vinegar to shopping list 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar

Add granulated sugar to shopping list 2 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar

Add minced fresh cilantro to shopping list 1 Tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

Add ground cumin to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Add ground cinnamon to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Add ripe USA Seckel pears, cored and diced to shopping list 5 ripe USA Seckel pears, cored and diced

Add fresh kiwi fruit, peeled, diced to shopping list 2 fresh kiwi fruit, peeled, diced

Add fresh papaya, peeled, seeded, diced to shopping list 1 fresh papaya, peeled, seeded, diced

Add small red or yellow sweet pepper, diced to shopping list 1 small red or yellow sweet pepper, diced

Directions:

Finely mince lime zest.

Mix juice, zest, vinegar, sugar, cilantro, cumin and cinnamon together to make dressing.

Gently mix pears, kiwi, papaya and pepper; fold into dressing. Chill for one hour before serving.

Recipe can be doubled. Any variety of pear can be substituted.
